🎁 Land Parcels API 1.0 🎉
The Land Parcels API is your single view of Property, Cadastre and Planning Data nationally, removing the need to manage complex data sourcing processes and agreements. Built off Geoscape Datasets, you get authoritative state and territory data in a unified single national representation.
The API has multiple "find by" methods allowing you to query the data in a way that works for you and your use cause. For example, if you know the address, find by the addressId; if you know the location, find by Point; or try searching by the parcel ID. We even support bounding boxes to give you back up to 1000 features in a single API call.
Property Data is complex, but Geoscape makes it easy. With information like Strata type and counts, area and title status or detailed zoning codes, you'll find the answer you're looking for about legal blocks of land.

Pricing and Credit consumption
The Land Parcels API is available to all developers, including Freemium developers. The API consumes two credits per feature where a feature is a single unique property or cadastre. In addition, if you include the Planning Bundle, that will be one credit per cadastre feature.
For example, if you perform a "find by parcel" API call, the resulting API call will cost two credits. Or, if you perform a "find by bounding box" API call that returns 341 features, the call will cost 682 credits.
Note that you won't be charged if you make a call, and we don't return any features.
Note (Current Limitation): There are gaps in the completeness of the dataset. Any feature that should be a multi-polygon is currently only a single polygon from the multi-polygon set. We're currently working through data loading to correct this. This impacts Property and Cadastre(Parcel), most notably any multi-dwelling units or complex sites.
